CarbonPoker Halloween: Trick or Treat 

Inspired by some scary pumpkin faces, witches, bats and candy, we bring you our next monthly promotion... Halloween: Trick or Treat. This month's promotion has many surprises in store that will keep the action frighteningly interesting.

How it works: As you play during the month, your player admin tracks the comp points you accumulate. For each increment you reach you unlock a set prize. Not all the increments require comp points; some require other tasks of you, such as finding the hidden pumpkins. However the best part is once you unlock a prize, you can trick or treat.

Trick Or Treat: As you unlock the prize by reaching the set comp points or completing the assigned task, you will need to go into your player admin where you can either accept the prize, or trick or treat it. Think of it as a coin flip, you can either win something better - a treat, or have your prized with something worse - a trick. Check out the table below for more details.

In addition to being able to win some cool prizes and free cash, you will notice that there will be some scary new graphics in keeping with the Halloween theme. There is a new animated table design, new decks of cards and more!

CarbonPoker MTT Leaderboard

The MTT (Multi Table Tournament) Leaderboard awards you leaderboard points for every multi table tournament you play throughout the full month, culminating with the top 100 places receiving entry into a Leaderboard Grand Final with a major live seat package for first place. However, the best part is that due to popular demand we have brought back the unique starting chip stacks for the Leaderboard Grand Final and will be based on your final leaderboard score.

Furthermore points are awarded on a scaled formula depending on what tournaments you play and only your top 25 results for the month will count towards your leaderboard score. Tournaments with more players and bigger buy-ins will award more points than those with few players and cheaper entries.

Every Live Seat that the Leaderboard Grand Final awards will include buy in, travel & accommodation, a personal CarbonPoker player host and invite to the official CarbonPoker Player party.

GRIDIRON GRIND

With the American football season beginning in the US, here at CarbonPoker we have fallen ill – with football fever! Our new monthly promotion – “Gridiron Grind’ allows you to combine two of Americas favourite past times; Poker and Football.

How to play and win free cash – all the players have to do to participate in gridiron grind, is to play real money poker games on Carbon Poker. As they play, their player admin will track the comp points they earn and unlock the free cash prizes along the way.

How does it work? - Starting with 5000 comp points for your first down, you are awarded with $5 cash. In total you can earn up to $2,500 by making the distance and scoring all three touchdowns. As an extra bonus, for each touchdown you make there is a bonus cash prize! All up there are 33 cash prizes to be won.

Each 10 yards or ‘down’ represents a set comp point requirement and a corresponding cash payout. So the more points you earn, the more you win!

New Software Release - Version 4.4 is live!

The new software client retains the same familiar look and feel that has made us one of the best in the industry while introducing a host of new features that will serve to further improve your gaming experience. In addition to some new features, version 4.4 is more stable and reliable, and includes another new side game. Some of the features are listed below.

Timebank – Timebank is a new feature, that allows you precious extra time when you need it most. When those hard decisions are forced upon you and your chips are on the line, you can activate your Timebank for a few extra seconds. 

Euchre – Euchre is a popular trick taking card game that you play with and against other live players. Played with four people in two pairs, you compete for tricks, to win the hand and your opponents bets.

Tag & Buddy System - The tag and buddy system has undergone extensive changes. We now have two types - tags and friends. Friends you can see when they are online, and the friendship has to be agreed to by both parties. In contrast to friends you cannot see Tags when they are online.

Lobby - The lobby has been completely redesigned, however still retains that familiar look you are used to. There are new game search filters and a player details box for keeping track of your games, registrations, friends and tags.

Other features – some of the other new features in the new version include new betting buttons that allow you to improve your betting strategies, and rebuys at anytime during blackjack.
